How it works

Not quite right? No worries. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all return items are new, unworn, have all tags attached, and show no signs
of wear! Note that final sale items are not eligible for return. If your item is damaged and falls outside our standard return window, please contact
support@vakaitina.com with your order number and photos.
If you return an item with the tags removed, signs of wear, or any imperfections, your return will not be accepted, and you will need to pay for an additional shipping
label to have the item sent back to you. Please double-check that your return items meet these standards before shipping. Once worn, it’s yours to keep!

How much do returns cost?

For all U.S. returns, if you use our return label, a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund. For Canadian returns, we ask customers to book their own return using a carrier of
their choice. All returns will be refunded to the original payment method

How do I start a return?

It’s super simple! Visit our Return Center to initiate your return. All you need is your

Can I make an exchange?

At this time, direct exchanges aren’t available. You will need to return your item and place a new order.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

We ask that each item be packed in the original “no-plastic” bag it arrived in.
Please double-check that the sticker on the bag matches your item. Thank you!

Is an order slip required?

Nope! As long as your returned item still has its original tags and you use our provided shipping label, we have all the information needed.

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you start your return, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a shipping label via email.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If there’s an issue with your order, start your return and select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return.’ Your preferred item will ship out once your return is scanned.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
